Your enquiry goes to a pilot
Tell Ben the route, dates, passengers and baggage. He will review the mission, identify suitable aircraft and obtain availability and pricing from appropriately certificated operators.
Every enquiry is reviewed personally by someone with practical flying and operational experience, not passed through a sales desk. Ben does not operate every flight: the operating carrier is named in the quotation.
Plan the season
Half term, Christmas and the ski weeks are when aircraft and airport slots go first. Estimated airborne time from London and an indicative flying charge for a super-midsize jet. Flying charge only.
Ski season
Winter weekends into the Alps fill first. Slots and parking decide these trips, not the flying.
Flying with your dog or cat
Airlines cap cabin dogs at around 8 kg and most pets fly into Britain as cargo. On a charter your dog or cat travels beside you, big breeds included, with the paperwork and the approved return planned before you book.

The difference
Most private jet enquiries begin with a salesperson. Here, your enquiry starts with a pilot. From choosing the right aircraft to understanding airport restrictions, baggage requirements, positioning, slots and realistic flight times, you can discuss your journey directly with someone who understands the operational side of private aviation.
Direct contact rather than being passed between sales representatives. One conversation with a commercial pilot who understands the operational side of the journey.
Recommendations based on the actual mission — runway, payload, range and turnaround — rather than aircraft size or headline price.
Practical understanding of airports, routing, baggage, weather, aircraft capability and the operational considerations that decide whether a trip actually works.
One knowledgeable point of contact from initial enquiry through to your flight — slots, FBOs, handling and the parts nobody mentions until they go wrong.
The aircraft
A super-midsize aircraft and one of the fastest available for charter. It is one of several aircraft we source through certificated operators — the right one depends on the route, the party and the baggage. Eight seats plus a belted lavatory seat, full galley, a near stand-up cabin (about 1.7 m) and a maximum cruise speed of Mach 0.92.

Short notice
Short-notice charter is where private aviation earns its keep. Tell us where you are, where you're going, when you need to leave and how many of you there are, and we'll check what's suitable and available.
Aircraft availability changes quickly, particularly on summer weekends, around major events and through the ski season.
Route, dates, passengers and baggage are enough to start.
Ben checks route practicality, airport suitability, range, payload and the aircraft category.
Availability and pricing are obtained from appropriately certificated third-party operators.
The quotation identifies the operating carrier, the aircraft and the costs included.
Contract, payment, passenger details, handling and flight coordination follow confirmation.
Cancellation and amendment terms are supplied with the operator quotation or charter agreement. Enquiries usually get a reply the same day.
The difference
Online charter tools are useful for comparing routes, aircraft and indicative costs. But when you're spending thousands of pounds on a flight, having someone who understands the operation matters.
Technology can find an aircraft. A pilot can tell you if it's the right one.
Passenger count is only part of aircraft selection. Baggage, golf clubs, skis, runway length, range, weather, airport restrictions, cabin requirement, positioning and pets all decide whether a plan works — and none of them appear in a seat-count filter.
Empty legs
When an aircraft needs to reposition without passengers, that sector may become available as an empty leg. Routes are dictated by aircraft movements, dates are less flexible and availability can disappear quickly — but the saving is significant.
